Early on Bob Spear realized that most people do not have the proper information to build a house. So he started working with people as a Building Consultant. With his knowledge and his expertise he can sit down with you and provide all or any of the following items:

• As a "Realtor" he can find you the land for our new home, or he can evaluate the land you already own.
• He can draw the plans or modify existing plans so the house fits the land.
• He can give you projected costs and even prepare a bid so you can take it to other builders so everyone is bidding from the same bid.
• Being a past President of the Asheville Home Builders Association he can also recommend several builders to fit your project.
