What to Expect

The Design and build process from your initial visit to the final inspection by Bob and Tom will require your attention for the next 12 to 16 months. Your contribution on location, design, feel and budgetary requirements are hammered out during this time.

The first few months are set aside for the design process and required permits. The last 10 - 12 months are devoted to building your home to meet all of your expectations. After the final inspection approval you are ready to move into your custom built home.
