Larry Friedman is an architect with the firm of Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa & Associates, PA in Miami Lakes Florida. He wanted to design and build a summer home in the mountains of WNC. We built a home for him in Avery Park and after the home was built he added a double garage with a guest house over and tied the two structures together. He also has bought additional property and is now considering having us build another home on his property.
